Science Experiment

This weekend we did a science experiment with a thermal imaging camera from the fire station. A friend of ours is pregnant and read in her nursing book that you can see the difference in heat in the body of a pregnant woman from a woman not. So her fire fighter husband said lets try it out. After the kids tried it on themselves and then finished putting their heated handprints on the cement floor, Maria and I tried it out. There was no difference on that camera b/c it's not a colored one. If it had been colored then we could have seen reds, yellows, etc. Oh well, it was fun.

Then at lunch, Aram put PB and raisins on celery sticks. He left the leaves on his celery and was finishing eating it w/ the leaves going in and Luke looked over and shouted: Ha! YOU ARE A CATERPILLAR!
