Oh yeah... we start them out young. We all got up bright and early to run a 5k together on a sunny Sunday morn.It was actually awesome with Alex finishing in 28 min 20 sec. Aram finished 2nd in his age group. I pushed the double jogger and Kateri ran/ walked next to me the whole 3 miles. It was amazing.
What I like about races is the happiness from everyone. It must be the runner's high... like a drug to us who run.
In the pics is Luke running his little race and getting an ice cream certificate, Kateri is wiped out, and Will was in a snowsuit for the run! Good ol' warm NH weather. On the run... Luke got out to run about a mile and did zigzags down the road. He was doing great. Too much energy!!
