Pink Floyd said it well, didn't they, Alex? :)Well, school's out and the kids(and Mom) are happy. Time to enjoy the 90 degree weather and finally- humidity!!
Also, the kids participated in the biannual art contest. Alex received honorable mention and Kateri received 2nd place and $50.00. She split the money with Alex and Luke. What did they buy? I'll give you one guess... legos! Of course!!
And yes, they are hanging up in the living room!

That reminds me, I saw a birthday cake that is laid out like legos and instantly thought of the kalpakgians. That may be a surprise Aunt Karrie makes when you're down for a visit!
