We actually had a busy weekend, but didn't take pics b/c you'd be bored! :o)Well one of the exciting news, after having lots and lots of kids pass through this house, was on Saturday. I needed desperately to get out of the house and grocery shop. While I was gone the kids went sledding on ice on their bums or bellies. It was too dangerous for the sleds. How pathetic is that? To have so much snow be covered in ice and the kids hate to play outside!?
Well I digress... a stray dog came over and Kateri and her friend Sophie fell in love w/ the dog. Her name was Cider Girl. Aram tried calling the owners for 3 hrs, but no response, so he called the police to come hold her. Kateri and Sophie almost started crying b/c they wanted to keep her. They stayed outside w/ her for 3 hrs. keeping her company!!
Well the owner called and thanked Aram and then asked about her puppy. We didn't get that little guy here and then we found out they live in the next town over. Towns are not close here! How the dog made it to our house is bizarre. Well that was the excitement besides lots of play mates, a brunch that lasted till 4 pm on Sunday, and then a snow day on Monday that actually brought friends over again. Fun times.
