It looks like the sellers of the house we put an offer on 2 months ago are going to pull out.
It is a short sale. This is the step before a foreclosure. They owe 100 thousand more on the house than what we offered them. The bank just agreed to sell us the house: the sellers had already accepted our offer 2 months ago. Now the sellers are backing out b/c the bank said they still owe the 100 thousand. And the sellers said NO WAY! So if the bank doesn't forgive them their 100 thousand then they are letting the house go to foreclosure.
That's where we are right now...waiting to see if the bank will forgive them their loan.
In the meantime, Aram and I stay awake every night until midnight looking for houses online. I don't know why we can't find one. So our house is empty. Almost everything is in storage for who knows how long!!! We move to Mitch's this weekend.
Thank you for your prayers during this very trying time. I'm just not understanding God's Will in this yet. Please pray for me.

So since you don't have the house and an end in sight WHY OH WHY ARE you moving to Warner???? Its going to be at least 6-8 weeks to close WHEN you find a house. Rent a place and save your sanity! Its not worth the 2000 you will save to live in Warner with everyone else.
Praying for your situation. Sounds like a real cross. We hope something works out for you soon! You are in our thoughts (oh and pray that this baby makes an appearance soon!)
